   Moist samples up to several 100 kg
•  Incineration
   Pyrolysis process in our TÜV-tested,  environmentally friendly incineration furnace that  developed ourselves
•  Melting
   - Gas melting furnaces from 0.1 to 50 kg melting    weight (relative to Cu).
     Temperature up to approx. 1800 °C
   - Induction melting furnaces from 5 to 25 kg
   - Special melting plant for platinum up to ca. 7 kg
•  Crushing
   Jaw crushers of various sizes for brittle  materials  up  to sample sizes of several 100 kg
•  Milling
   Various milling systems for different  materials, e.g.  ball milling, disk milling, disk swing  milling
•  Sieving
   Sifting plants of various sizes
•  Shredding
   E.g. for preliminary comminution of  printed circuit  board scrap
•  Mixing
   - Tumble mixers of approx. 1 to 50 kg
   - Screw mixer 1000 l

We crush, melt, mill, sift and divide up for homogenization small (a few grams) to sizeable (a few 100 kg) raw samples for the production of average samples for precise laboratory analysis.
